This is a quick, easy and FREE little craft project
Isn’t that a GREAT combination (quick, free and easy?)
Take newspaper
Comics for a hit of light color
or black & white for a classic neutral version
Fold it up so there is a stack of papers…..I took the comic section and folded it up 4 times.
Cut 3 sets of circles (small, medium, large)
Hole punch through each layers of circles
Separate the cut circles into individual circles
Wet them a bit (don’t drown them just moisten)
Crinkle them up and let them dry
You can either
let them dry a bit and them put them onto a brad (little ones on first so they are on top). They are more fragile and a little more likely to tear at the hole but you can do it this way if you like (or if you are impatient like me - ahem!)
or let them dry completely and then put them on the brads
Squish the petals as they dry.

And you end up with some cute little flowers…
From here you can:
Add a loop to the back and hang em up or use as bows on gifts!
Spray them with clear sealer and use them as
pins
additions to headbands
barrettes
magnets
grouped in a bowl and set out just for pretty
You can use whatever scrapbook paper you’d like for this project to interject the colors of your choice.
