The green grass and spring flowers are
trying
their best to poke through
but
it keeps snowing here (horrible eh?)
It is MAY!
In any case, I’m DONE with winter
(whether mother nature agrees or not)
and ready to move right into spring/summer
so am moving forward with spring prep around the cottage
doing some of this:
sweeping the front porch
&
clearing the potting table
(yikes - my potting table mess from last year)
I am in preparation for the flowers that
WILL
be coming home with me soon!
Watch out – heavy machinery is getting in gear
here at the cottage
and we’re playing with some of these:
and a whole bunch of this:
ahh dirt!
are you getting your hands dirty this spring?

I will get my hands dirty but not to the extent I once did,, not long ago I had a large garden and my own potting bench but my hubbies health has required us to move into a nest in the sky, (apartment), I have a large balcony and this farm girl is learning city life,, I come to your blog to get my gardening fix.I'm new to blogging and have certainly found some favorites.Thank you for sharing,,
