Spring Porch & Potting

I’m taking advantage of the warm{er} weather…it’s a balmy 50 degrees here today.  Yes, sadly, that is warm for us!

I decided to clear off the porch

sweep ‘er off

&

scrub ‘er down

and freshen up the potting table

in anticipation of spring flowers coming soon!

The result of that effort:

under the potting bench I have a couple big metal tubs that hold potting soil, etc.  love em!

Inside my little potting shed, I’ve set up an old farm table and adding some shelving…it’s so fun to pot plants here

It’s been a busy couple of days…

I also planted my 1st ROWS of anything…

two rows of raspberry bushes

that will produce fruit (hopefully) next year

I’M SO EXCITED
for these to take off!

soon this trellis will be COVERED with morning glory vines

(too cold here still to leave them outside so they’ve not yet been planted in their home!)

Love your potting bench and how you decorated it! I hope your plants do well for you. This was my first year planting from seeds. I'm excited to see if the produce any flowers.

Love the Fresh Up crate! Funny how you made the "before" pic in sepia. It reminds me of when you see before and afters of people when they have something done like facial surgery. They always have the before pic with the person without any makeup. :)

Looks so spruced up. Here in the southwest we are heading for our heat and plants and stuff will start dying off....we've had a great spring. Have a great day.
