Hidden..VINTAGE Storage

I’ve been on a purging streak as of late

I’ve been playing with organizing here and there

We all have stuff that we need easy access to but don’t necessarily want it out on the countertop.

So I’ve been trying to inject some unique storage pieces

like:

home 023

this cute little galvanized toolbox

home 024

but look what’s hiding inside.

vitamins and daily dosages of this & that

easy access which helps us

remember to take ‘em

without the ugly bottles on the counter

win, win!

home 025

and another storage option hiding place

is this vintage bank box

that I’ve just taken a piece of chalk to it for a simple, temporary typographical addition

I love me the #5!

In here I keep recent receipts {again - accessible yet contained}

home 050

I truly love vintage, rustic storage pieces rather than plastic tubs and containers.

Adding some charm while still getting the clutter contained & under control is never a bad combination!

more vintage storage ideas here

What kind of storage do you guys have stuff hidden in?

  4. Love all your storage solutions, especially the vintage bank box! I use vintage baskets, old milk boxes, old tool boxes. Anything vintage is more appealing to my eye than clutter!

Do you have an online shop?

  5. I just found and bought a vintage marshmallow tin yesterday that I now keep my sugar in. I know sugar isn't clutter but I sure like storing ANYTHING in something vintage and pretty. Love your storage solutions!

  8. I'll be keeping this thought in mind. I hate the plastic tub I use for my medicine!

    Thanks for the idea, Michelle

  9. So glad I found your blog...I am with you on the whole "hidden storage" thing. And if it's vintage, all the better! Love the tin look. This would be great for my Tuesday Club G.W. with Charm Bracelet Diva Pary going on right now! Would love to see you there!
