Getting into the baking mode…
is easy when you start with a yummy yummy recipe!!
Sugar cookies with the
BEST
FROSTING
EVER!!
Choose whatever homemade sugar cookie recipe you like
(or make it even easier on yourself and get some of the
Pillsbury cookie rolls)
Fresh cookies in a flash! Right!?
Then…
make them homemade with this frosting:
RECIPE
1/2 cup softened butter (real butter!)
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp almond extract (this makes it taste sooo good!)
{I’m a sucker for almond extract!}
&
5 tsp milk
(mix well and add more milk a bit at a time - if you need to - until the frosting is the consistency you like!)
the little cinnamon red hots are essential in my opinion…
oooh yum!
