Thinking on this I found myself coming back again and again to a word that fits
for me
now
and that I hope to concentrate on throughout the year
{and really forever!}

content to be in the moment
content to be at the place I am in life (not just looking ahead or behind)
content with my abilities
content with my home
content with my loved ones
content with this little blog
content with my aspirations

this is not to say that I won’t be striving and pushing and challenging myself to grow but I will
concentrate on the moments
on the now
and try to be
Content!!

Contentment is a perfect thought..living in the moment and being aware of what is around you at the moment that brings you peace. I chose Joy...finding it in all things, little or large. Now if I can always remember to refer to it!
