I picked up a vintage garden gate
and am smitten with the wire and
being able to finalize use it now that
spring is on its way!

for now I’ve placed it in front of the fireplace box
to lighten up that area a bit

I painted some letters
F.r.e.S.H
and strung them on the gate
to coordinate with the
banners
I made
{a quick little tutorial for those coming soon!}

I have some vintage pop shoppe bottles

holding a bloom

{love the graphics on these babies!}

and have wonderful kid memories of drinking this fun pop!

  20. Your mantel is so quirky and fabulous! I just HAD to comment on a mantel that incorporates Pop Shoppe bottles! I have many childhood memories of drinking this at my Grandparents' house - they seemed to have an endless supply in their hall closet but Lime Rickey was always the first to go!

    Your "fresh" banner is super cute and the garden gate is so fun!

It's too late at night for me to rewrite it (I'm soooo tired!), so I'll just be the second Happy, Spring Mantel! :) Hope you don't mind!!
