Spring-time certainly is a time of year that I think of my mom
oh….I miss her dearly!
Though she passed away a year and a half ago, I still find myself picking up the phone to call her like I used to everyday.
But I can’t anymore.
Instead…..
I can look back on
wonderful memories
So for all you mama’s out there and for all you daughters out there…to those who have loved & lost as well
just remember to treasure the moments!
-----------------------------------------
I was playing around and put together this fun little sign:
to print out, frame and display to help me remember that my mom is always with me in memory and in heart!
Happy Day to y’all!!
xoxo

What a cute sign! I miss my Mom too :( Even though mine is still living, she lives far away and recently suffered a stroke.
ReplyDeleteI tell my daughter this all the time and she is moving home at the end of the month! We have been separated by 800 miles for the past 5 1/2 years and I can't wait for her to be here! Love the sign!
ReplyDeleteadorable-tfs!!
ReplyDeleteYour blog is darling... love your little framed picture. I'm inspired!
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteIt's so sweet and cheerful! And you're right, the memories will always keep her in your heart.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely lovely!! :) I adore this!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the link. This is just beautiful. Helps me to remember to appreciate every moment I have with my mom. I too speak with her every day...sometimes several times a day.
ReplyDeleteVery cute!! love that it's a square.
ReplyDeleteI love the sentiment. I am lucky enough to live 2 miles from my mom, which is amazing, both for me, and for my kids. We hosted mother's day brunch ere yesterday and it was so nice to be able to honor her and let her enjoy the day a bit, instead of always focusing on the grandkids (3 under 5 so they do like the attention!).

ReplyDeleteVery sweet! And I love the addition of the bakers twine!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet, brought tears to my eyes... I also lost my Mom a little over a year ago... she was my best friend and I still pick up the phone forgetting she is gone... As evil as Cancer is, I do have to say, she and I were always close, but for the three years that she was sick, we gained a closeness and a bond that I could never have imagined, and I wouldnt give up those memories for anything, except to have her back....
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet. How do you print this?
