Cute eh?
{even in the daylight!}
At a recent auction
I picked up this little white tote for a big ol’ buck {$1}
it was filled with some junk that I
may or may not have actually wanted to take home
like these vintage ray bans
ha!
But a few of the items I WAS able to make use of
…like this chunk of wire
{I believe it is actually used to connect rebar}
don’t think I’ll be doing much rebar connecting this week
(yeah right!)
so thought I’d use it for a different purpose
like for handles on my
Mason Jar Lanterns!!
--------------------------------------------
you
wanna make some??
Take a mason jar
wrap the wire around the rim
twist
slide it under the rim wire
fold the long end over as the handle
and slide under wire on the other side
twist again
Voila!!
add a little candle
(or other little things you’d like to store!)
------------------------------------------
and go place it out somewhere you can
enjoy it!!
------------------------------------------
IDEAS:
* Do a whole string of them up your walkway
* Hang them from your porch
* Make a mason jar chandelier
* Keep them inside all lined up to use as lanterns
* Store other little stuff (office and bathroom supplies)
I envision cotton balls and cotton swabs
being stored in them in the future here
ahhhh
candlelight
and
mason jars
anything better?
xoxo
