I call my kids punks: yo punk….did you clean your room? Hey punk, how was school?? Punk as in short for punkin butt. I love a cute little punkin.
You’ve probably seen variations on this recipe around forever but I wanted to share. I finally tried them and I’m in love ♥
All ya need is to whip these babies up is a box of spice cake mix, a 15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not punkin pie filling), a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or your own mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or cloves to your liking). Just mix them up with your hand mixer, place into mini muffin tins and bake for 12 minutes or so (until toothpick comes out clean). Enjoy!!

We’re finding these to be a great after-school snack, a great breakfast on the go or a little evening snack.
If you’re on the wild side throw in a handful of chocolate chips. I highly suggest you head on over to the wild side – yummmmmyyyy!!

Oh MY! My kiddos are going to love this. They are obsessed with pumpkin bread so there is no way these muffins are not going to be a hit. Thanks
